An Alpine traverse from Nice to Litchenstein, The Med' to the Rhine. My route follows parts of the GR5, The TMB (Tour de Mont Blanc), The Chamonix -Zermatt, and The Alpine pass route plus links of my own. This years section is hopefully from Briancon(France) to Courmayeur(Italy: below Mont Blanc)
Long day today. Tomorrow should see me in Briancon with 150 miles clocked up. Wild camp tonight. Looking for a flat spot. Just seen a red squirrel wow.
Happy Birthday old boy! You have missed so much leaping around the mountains-valentino rossi blowing everyone away, lewis hamilton's first victory-hope I'm not spoiling the endings!! Have you had music in your mind? Track of the holiday...er i mean trek so far? Keep up the good work matey-the children are catching up fast!
